HRIS Directory Sync for Employee Management Manually maintaining employee accounts in a training platform is one of the highest-overhead administrative tasks in L&D. When an employee joins, changes roles, or leaves, their training account needs to be created, updated, or deactivated. Without HRIS sync, this happens manually, creating gaps and errors.
